Class Fees (Per Month) All fees include GST.
Length of Class - Monthly Fee
½ hour class $45.00
¾ hour class $50.00
1 hour class $55.00
1¼ hour class $60.00
Withdrawal Policy:
If a student withdraws from a class, a refund will be issued for the remaining balance of that month's fees.
Family & Multiple Class Discounts
- 1st class: Full price
- 2nd & 3rd classes: $5.00 off each per month
- 4th to 7th classes: $10.00 off each per month
- 8th class and beyond: $15.00 off each per month
Maximum Monthly Tuition:
If your child is enrolled in more than 8 classes per week, tuition will be capped at $390 per month.
Payment Options
E-Transfer
- Send payments to: dance@steppintime.com
Cash or Cheque
- Drop payments in the locked red mailbox located inside the studio’s front entrance.
- Please do not leave or mail cheques in the outside mailbox.
Credit Card
- Pay directly through your Steppin' Time account.
- Add your credit card during payment, enrol in autopay or pay monthly.
- A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

Steppin’ Time Dance Studio – General Code of Conduct
To maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all dancers, the following Code of Conduct must be followed:
Attendance & Punctuality
- Dancers are expected to attend classes regularly.
- Dancers must arrive on time. Warm-up takes place at the beginning of each class, and it is essential for preventing injury and preparing the body for physical activity.
Dress Code
- Dancers must wear proper dance attire to every class. Appropriate clothing
- contributes to the rhythm, focus, and structure of our classes.
Respect & Behavior
- Dancers must always show respect for all Steppin’ Time staff, including Dance Teachers and Assistants.
- Dancers are encouraged to build positive relationships and show respect and fairness toward one another.
- Teamwork and inclusion are core values at Steppin’ Time.
Class Etiquette
- Dancers observing a class must remain quiet and courteous at all times, without interrupting the class.
- Talking during class should be kept to a minimum. Dancers are expected to focus fully on the Dance Teacher’s instructions.
- All dancers must show respect for the studio space, premises, and belongings of others.
- Dancers are expected to clean up after themselves, including any messes they create.
Conduct Policy
- Zero-tolerance policy: Inappropriate behavior will result in the dancer being removed from class, and parents will be contacted.
- Dancers must behave respectfully at all times while representing Steppin’ Time, both inside and outside the studio.
Safety & Supervision
- Dancers are strongly discouraged from leaving the premises between or after classes without adult supervision.
- We encourage dancers to use the designated waiting areas or change room if they are waiting between classes.
